 With the nice weather here, we have already started installing new roofs and of course,

 we will continue to repair roofs that have been leaking through the winter.

Often we will subtract the repair cost from the new roof cost.

Early spring is the best time to install a new roof, with the shingles

not being as hot, and possible scarring concerns.

It is not entirely the air temperature that seals down the shingles,

but the radiant heat of the sun.

The shingles we use have a very aggressive sealant strip.
